Every year we all like to make ourselves a list of fitness resolutions to try and make the upcoming year even better. Yet many times naturally we create goals that are unrealistic for ourselves. Our expectations are so high thinking we are invincible, but once the new year comes, reality will hit. Just because it is a new year does not mean life will suddenly change. Fortunately there are certain things you can do to keep those resolutions you’ve been waiting to accomplish.
Some of these tips include being reasonable with yourself, being okay with falling back and starting again, finding a friend to accomplish these goals with, writing a journal, and rewarding yourself of the small things you’ve accomplished. Always keep in mind that life is a long journey and there is no point of pressuring yourself to accomplish so many resolutions in one year!
