Sjors Van Alphen turned in strong performance, scoring five goals to lead the Dos Pueblos water polo team to an 8-7 non-league win over visiting Servite on Saturday.
Goalie Phillip Bates stepped up to the challenge against the Division 1 opponent by making 7 saves.
“It was nice to beat another Division 1 power,” DP coach Chris Parrish said.
