Cate channeled the energy from its home crowd and outgunned Thacher on Tuesday 25-11, 25-11, 25-16.
Hannah Barr made an impact for the Rams. The setter was on fire from the service line in addition to leading the offense.
“The fans created a very noisy atmosphere which was good to have,” said Rams head coach Greg Novak.
Cate is 17-6 overall and 7-0 in Frontier League play. The Rams’ next match is vs. Santa Clara on Thursday.
