San Marcos’ Paige Hauschild joined a host of Orange County players on the CIF Southern Section’s All-CIF First Team for girls water polo.
The All-CIF selections were voted on by coaches from 15 schools and combine teams from all divisions. Hauschild is the only player of 12 on the first team who is not from Orange County. The San Marcos sophomore was recently named to compete for the USA Women’s Senior National Team this summer.
San Marcos goalie Jenna Phreaner and Santa Barbara High’s Jessie Brummett made the second team. San Marcos’ Brittany Prentice was named to the third team and Riley Heiduk is on the fourth team.
