Bishop Diego’s RJ Cordeiro blasted a two-run homer on Wednesday.
RJ Cordeiro gave Bishop Diego a lead in the third inning with a two-run home run, but Santa Paula came back to win 6-3 on Wednesday in a non-league game.
Cordeiro connected on a fastball and cleared the right-center field fence. The Fresno State-bound player had two hits in the game and manned shortstop for the Cardinals.
The Cardinals travel to Mission Prep on Thursday for a non-league game before playing Santa Paula again on Friday.
