Santa Barbara High gave up nine second-half goals, was unable to capitalize on several power-play opportunities and dropped an 11-10 non-league decision to Righetti on Thursday.
The Dons had the ball with 10 seconds left after stopping a Righetti 6-on-5 opportunity but they were unable to get off shot.
Four sophomore starters accounted for all the Santa Barbara scoring. Sawyer Rhodes led the team with four goals, followed by Adam Gross with three, Jack Rottman with two and Chris Gaffney with one.
Santa Barbara hosts Buena next Thursday in their final home game.
