Besant Hill had no answers for Laguna Blanca’s girls volleyball team on Wednesday as the Owls swept the Condor-League match 25-4, 25-6, 25-7.
The Owls (2-1, 2-0) were led by Josie Doughty’s nine aces and Maddie Nicholson’s eight. Both players collected seven kills apiece. Luisa Cameron contributed to the big night at the service line with four more aces.
Laguna Blanca faces Viewpoint next in a Friday-night clash. The Owls host in Merovick Gym at 6:30 p.m.
