Blake Parrish started his senior year with a 14-goal performance, leading Dos Pueblos to a 24-13 victory over Vista High in San Diego on Friday.
Kelly Reynolds added five goals in the opener of a season-opening doubleheader.
In the second match, DP rallied from a 7-3 deficit and defeated The Bishops School of La Jolla, 11-10. Jake Griffin had three goals to pace the offense. Parrish scored only one but he drew five ejections.
The Chargers played their home opener on Wednesday against powerhouse Mater Dei at 4 p.m.
