The California Beach Volleyball Association hosted the first of five Tuesday youth doubles tournaments at East Beach on July 15.
Five Santa Barbara area teams — three girls, two boys — won age-group titles in the doubles competition.
The next tournament on July 22 is part of the ROX Volleyball Premier Tour. The winners in each age bracket qualify for the Tour Championships on Sept. 1 at Manhattan Beach Pier.
