The Santa Barbara Sharks captured the 12-Under championship at the Goodland Memorial Weekend Tournament.
The Santa Barbara Sharks youth baseball team won the 12-under title at the Goodland Memorial Weekend Tournament.
The Sharks went 4-0 in tourney play and defeated the Santa Barbara Pony Red team in the final, 9-1. Their other wins came against the SLO Tigers (11-6), Simi Valley Sliders (10-0) and Santa Ynez Bandits (11-1).
The team members are Brent Hyman, Gabe Arteaga, Nico Martinez, Nate Feldhaus, Jacob Galindo, Diego Sandoval, Jack Winterbauer, Spencer Lee, Jackson Haskell, Josh Swanson, Anthony Martinez and Isaac Villareal. The Sharks are coached by Tony Winterbauer, Dan Feldhaus and Tony Sandoval
