Morgan Pierce buried 15 kills and hit .565, leading Cate to a 25-11, 25-12, 25-11 sweep over Besant Hill in a Condor League boys volleyball match on Wednesday.
Mo Batal added eight kills and hit .500 in the regular season finale.
Cate will enter the CIF playoffs with 9-4 record. The Rams finished second in the Condor League at 6-2.
