Allison Wagner scored four goals, sparking Carpinteria to an 11-1 first half in a 15-5 win over Villanova in the Tri-Valley League girls water polo match.
Brenda Rodriguez and Leticia Cruz each scored three goals and Sierra Garibay added two for the Warriors (8-16, 2-6).
“We had a great start and played solid defense. It all worked today,” said Carpinteria coach Bryan Swarm.
