Mission Prep was too much for Bishop Diego’s girls basketball team on Saturday as the Royals defeated the Cardinals 55-24.
Bishop Diego trailed 21-17 in the second quarter but let the game slip away after that.
Colleen Duley’s nine points were a team-high. Jordyn Lilly,
Hannah Rogers and Sienna Gonzalez all led the team in rebounding with eight each.
Bishop Diego falls to 9-5, 2-0 with its next game on Tuesday versus Santa Paula.
