Erika Noble scored 14 points, and Cate used a pressing defense to force several Dunn turnovers and rolled to a 41-15 win on Wednesday.
Freshman Delaney Mayfield scored 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds, and Mikaela Li added eight points in her first game back from an injury.
“It wasn’t our best or most complete performance, but the team made progress in learning what it takes to play a full court press and in running a different offensive set against a zone defense,” said Cate assistant coach Jay Dorion.
