Bishop Diego dropped a Tri-Valley League girls volleyball match at Oak Park on Monday night. The set scores were 25-21, 25-21, 20-25, 25-15.
Morgan Wallace provided a spark for the Cardinals, playing in different spots in the line-up. She had 12 digs and three kills. Francesca Engel picked up 14 digs.
Coach Jason Donnelly said mistakes at the offensive end hurt his team.
Offensively, we are just making a far too many errors to win consistently,” he said. “The girls are playing really hard, but giving away key points at the wrong time.”
The Cardinals are 4-8 overall and 3-6 in the TVL.
