Oaks Christian routed Cate 16-1 in a Tri-Valley League boys water polo match on Tuesday.
“Coming up against Oaks requires a team to be ready to move and create, both of which were in short supply,” said Cate coach Nathan Aldredge.
Cate (2-3, 0-2) is back in action on Wednesday at Villanova Prep.
