Renee Handley swept her three singles sets but it wasn’t enough as San Marcos fell to West Ranch in Valencia, 10-8, on Wednesday in a non-league girls tennis match.
Julie Frohling and Kinsley Shin won two sets each for the Royals, who were coming off a division title at the California Classic.
