Cate’s 6-1 victory over Thacher on Wednesday clinched a co-Condor League championship for the Rams.
Cate shares the title with Dunn. Overall the Rams are 13-2.
Zach Ell delivered the decisive blow with a third-inning grand slam that put the Rams in the lead for good.
Justin Lucchesi earned the win for the Rams. Lucchesi allowed three hits in 5 1/3 innings. Humza Khurshid shut the door with 1 2/3 innings.
Playoff pairings are released over the weekend.
