Zach Ell led an explosive Cate offense, going 4-for-4 and driving in five runs in a 23-7 Condor League baseball rout over Ojai Valley School on Saturday.
The Rams scored 18 runs in the first inning.
Ell had two doubles and scored three runs. Dean Smith and Carlos Freeman each had two hits.
Cate (12-2, 4-1) completes its regular season on Wednesday against Thacher. A win would give the Rams a share of the league title with Dunn.
