Daniel Buratto belted a three-run homer in the second inning and Gabe Speier and Erik Olson turned in solid pitching performances, leading Dos Pueblos to a 4-1 Channel League win over Buena on Friday at Scott O’Leary Field.
Speier struck out 10, allowed only one walk and two earned runs on his 18th birthday. At the plate, the UCSB commit had two hits.
With the win, the Chargers remain in first place in the Channel League witn a 4-1 record. They’re 13-8 overall.
