Kelli Martindale captured three events and Brent Walker set personal bests in winning a pair to highlight Santa Barbara High’s day in a Channel League track and field dual meet at Buena.
Buena swept the team competition: 69-58 for the boys and 78-45 in the girls meet.
Martindale’s wins came in the triple jump (32-10), shot put (32-3) and 100 hurdles (17.16). Walker won the 400 in 52.8 and cleared 6-2 in the high jump. He also finished second in the long jump at 20-4 3/4.
The Dons swept the boys discus. Jesse Alcantar won with a mark of 132-4 followed by Skylar Payovich (127-9) and Jalen Commadore (127-6).
Commadore and Alcantar went 1-2 in the shot put with marks of 44-4 and 41-7, respectively.
The Dons took the top two places in the boys 1600 with Jared Lux (4:39.87) and Gustavo Bello (4:40.80.)
Natasha Feshbach won two events, taking the 200 in 27.99 and long jump at 16-1 3/4. She also finished second in the high jump (4-10).
