The Page Youth Center club basketball team The Vipers dominated the Conejo Quakes Tournament in Ventura last weekend.

The 7th Grade Yellow Team went undefeated in the Gold Bracket and beat out the Kings (43-39), Hard Work (51-27) and in the championship game beat the Ventura Heat for a win of 50-33. The 7th Grade Black Team also went undefeated to win the Silver Bracket Division and swept past the Legion (48-29), the Camarillo Aces (48-29), and the Ojai Lightning (49-18).
Dave Palmer, Head Coach had this to say after the end of the tournament: ?To watch this organization grow from the ground up has been a very humbling experience for me. We strive to teach the boys the fundamentals of the game so they can grow into serious high school players. To see it all come together this weekend has been a wonderful experience personally and for the team. I couldn?t be prouder of them.?
