The Cardinals scored in the 42nd minute on a header by Gabby Koepenick off a cross from Amanda Garcia.
Santa Clara equalized in the 62nd minute.
Bishop falls to 5-3 in league and 9-8-1 overall. The Cardinals play at Villanova on Tuesday.
