Rachel Smith, Jamie Benedetto and the Dos Pueblos girls soccer team claimed a 3-0 Channel League victory at Ventura on Thursday.
Smith and Benedetto combined for all three goals.
Smith gave the Chargers their first lead in the 16th minute, scoring on a feed from Benedetto.
It was Benedetto’s turn to score in the 66th minute. The junior captain’s goal gave Smith an assist.
On DP’s third goal, Smith drew a penalty kick that Benedetto converted a few minutes before the final whistle.
Dos Pueblos’ next league game is Tuesday against Santa Barbara.
