Santa Barbara High singles player Mattea Kilstofte returns a ball in the first round of Tuesday’s match against San Marcos.
Santa Barbara High’s girls tennis dominance was on full display on Tuesday, as 13 players went unbeaten in the Dons’ 18-0 Channel League victory over San Marcos.
“Everyone we put on the court played well,” said Dons coach Steve Geremia.
Santa Barbara High is the defending Division 2 CIF champions and winners of ?31 straight league titles. The Dons will play two top-10 Division 1 teams on Wednesday (at Harvard-Westlake) and Friday (vs. Peninsula).
