Lions swept by Earwigs

Providence Hall’s girls volleyball team suffered a 25-16, 25-21, 27-25 loss to Dunn on Wednesday in a Condor League match.

The Lions came out flat according to coach Laura Trudelle but came back strong in the second and third sets after some adjustments.

Ozie LeSage moved from middle blocker to outside hitter, tallying four kills, five digs and two aces while playing out of position.

“She just brings this funk that’s pretty contagious,” Trudelle said.

Hannah Park’s four kills and eight digs was also a nice plus for Providence Hall.

The Lions’ next match comes on Saturday at Cate.
