Santa Barbara High’s boys water polo team split its final two games at the South Coast Tournament and finished in 10th place.
Cristian Bridley played a solid game in a 13-5 win over La Cañada. He scored six goals and drew four ejections. Sam Johnson turned in a stellar performance in the goal, making five saves in the second half.
In the ninth-place game, Santa Barbara fell to Foothill 7-5.
The Dons struggled in 6-on-5 situations, failing to score on eight of 10 opportunities. They also missed a penalty shot.
Evan Robertson had two goals and three steals and Gio Goggia made 10 saves.
Santa Barbara opens league play on Tuesday when it travels to Ventura.
