An early 3-0 deficit was just a speed bump for the Santa Barbara Foresters on Thursday evening in a 14-3 result that saw the Foresters score the last 14 unanswered against the visiting Southern California Halos.
The Foresters, who set a season-high for runs scored, have now won four straight heading into a three-game weekend series in Las Vegas.

The Halos scored three times in the top half of the first inning and the 3-0 lead held until the bottom of the second.
The Foresters scored twice, then took the lead with three more runs in the bottom of the third. A nine-run fourth inning was all she wrote.
Taylor Stell delivered a three-homer in the monster fourth inning. Cal Vogelsang was 2-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI. Vogelsang is now hitting .400 on the season and has hit in all five games he’s appeared in.
Shane Hoelscher drove in a team-high four runs and Ryan O’Hearn two as each finished 2-for-4.
