The Cate swim team won out in its dual meet against St. Bonaventure and Grace Brethren.
The girls team defeated St. Bonaventure 139 to 59 and Grace Brethren 116-59 while the boys beat St. Bonaventure 62-58 and Grace Brethren 70-10.
Highlights for the Rams included Lydia Stevens’ win in the 500 yard freestyle (5;53.8) and Maddie Schrager’s victory in the 200 yard IM (2:33.4). Both times will earn the athletes CIF consideration.
For the boys, Scott Sinclair set a personal best in the 200 yard freestyle to help his team to victory.
