Each of Cate’s 13 varsity players savored the taste of victory on Wednesday in a 14-4 Condor League win over Thacher.
All 13 players had their hand in a set win, including a three-set sweep from Alex Erling in singles and three wins from Parker Gribb in doubles.
Cate’s No. 1 singles player Blake Mackall won one set before geting subbed out.
In doubles, Abhay Singh teamed with Brendan Lokre to defeat Thacher’s No. 1 tandem 6-4. Gribb and Jack Hoover combined to give Thacher’s top doubles team more grief in a 7-5 win.
The Rams improve to 3-0 in league play with Laguna Blanca next on the schedule in a home match on Saturday.
