The Bishop Diego High boys tennis team was unable to keep pace with host Villanova and lost Tuesday’s Tri-Valley League 15-3.
For the Cardinals, the doubles team of Andre Kohansamad and Johnny Ford had an excellent afternoon. The pair went 2-3 and narrowly lost a game 6-4 to Villanova’s top doubles team.
The loss dropped the team to 0-6 overall and 0-5 in league play.
Bishop Diego will play next on Thursday at home against Malibu.
