In a three-way meet with La Reina and St. Bonaventure on Wednesday, Carpinteria’s track & field team was a force in the jumping events.
Overall, the Warrior girls defeated the Seraphs but fell to La Reina. Carpinteria’s boys team came up short against St. Bonaventure 76-55.

Carpinteria senior Andrew Sova won the long (19-7 1/2) and triple jumps (38-7 1/2). Noah Woo won the high jump (5-8) and Andrew Hack won the pole vault (10-6).
Kelsey Drain and Lois Stanley were both double winners. Drain won the long jump (15-5 1/2) and the pole vault (9-7) while Stanley captured the 200 (26.99) and the 400 (60.39).
