Lane Fuller’s 74 bettered the field on Thursday for Dos Pueblos, helping the Chargers to a 397-462 non-league win over Rio Mesa.
Michael Yi was one stroke behind Fuller at 75. Nick DeHeras’ 81, Grant Anderson’s 82 and James Height’s 85 closed out the round for Dos Pueblos.
Rio Mesa’s low score was Kyle McLay with an 83.
Chargers head coach Rob Schiff noted that the pins were especially tough on Thursday and the wind added another challenging element.
