Syndey Hedges scored 30 points for the Providence Hall girls basketball team on Wedneday, but her effort was not enough to earn a victory at Thacher.
Hedges’ monumental effort on offense was equaled by Thacher, and the host team was able to make a final surge to tame the Lions.
This was the last game of the year for Providence Hall who finished with an overall record of 12-6.
The Lions’ impressive season will earn them a spot in the playoffs and the team will receive its draw this weekend.
