Fresno Pacific disposes of Warriors

Top-ranked Fresno Pacific swept six singles matches on Saturday to bring down Westmont’s men’s tennis team 7-2 in a Golden State Athletic Conference match.

The Warriors, themselves ranked No. 6 in the NAIA, won two doubles points. Bryan Cox and Rodrigo Schaefer combined to win 9-7. Nicholas Szyndlar and Josh Barnard teamed to win their doubles match in a tiebreaker 9-8(7-1).

It was the conference opener for both teams.
