Laguna Blanca’s Brandon Bickett poured in 30 points on Thursday against Channel Islands, enough to boost the Owls past the Raiders 63-59.
Logan Elder also reached double figures for Laguna Blanca with 12 while Troy Ritter was active on the boards with 16 rebounds. Justin Shand posted nine points and seven rebounds.
Bickett filled out his performance with five rebounds and three steals.
Rolando Marigny kept the Raiders close with a game-high 31 points.
Laguna Blanca is now 2-0 while Channel Islands falls to 0-2.
