Dos Pueblos started its six upperclassmen on Senior Day, and the Chargers took care of business with a 10-5 win over Buena to earn a share of the Channel League title.
Senior Sjors Van Alphen led DP with four goals. The other seniors playing in their final regular season match at home were Justin Morris, Robbie Goodell, Ben Teng, Phillip Bates and Nick Lum.
The Chargers (15-11, 7-1) will be the Channel League’s No. 2 team in the playoffs as they lost a coin-flip with Santa Barbara. The playoff pairings will be announced on Sunday.
