Warriors triumph over Mustangs

Jenny Martinez scored in the tenth minute and Ashley Correa added a goal in the fortieth as #25 Westmont Women’s Soccer (7-2, 2-0 GSAC) posted a 2-1 Golden State Athletic Conference win over #14 The Master’s (7-4, 1-1) on Tuesday afternoon at Thorrington Field.

“I’m very proud of the way the team played in the first half,” said Westmont head coach Kristi Kiely. “Ashley Correa’s work rate was tremendous and because of her work rate, she is getting the results that she wants.”
