Kira Schleich had 43 assists on Thursday night, helping several teammates record high kill-numbers as the Santa Barbara High girls volleyball team defeated Oxnard on the road in straight sets.
The Dons won 25-18, 25-17, and 25-22.
Dani Rottman had 11 kills, Frankie Lewis had 10 kills, and Holland Crenshaw added nine more in an all-around dominant performance.
“We were very balanced tonight,” head coach John Gannon said.
The Dons (4-2) will travel to San Jose tomorrow to start play in the competitive Archbishop Mitty Tournament against Frontier High from Bakersfield.
