Carpinteria’s girls golf team learned how tough a course Soule Park is Tuesday in a Tri-Valley League match against Nordhoff.
The Warriors shot 291 at the Ojai course to Nordhoff’s 251.
“For half the team, it was their first time to see the golf course,” Carpinteria coach Chris Gahan said.
Zoey Luna shot the lowest score for Carpinteria with a 53.
