Perez takes care of business in S.B. Open final

Luis Antonio Perez completed unfinished business in impressive fashion, routing Kallim Stewart, 6-0, 6-0, to win the men’s open championship of the Santa Barbara Open on Saturday at the Tennis Club of Santa Barbara.

The top-seeded Perez, a native of Spain, lost the lead in last year’s final and fell in three sets. On Saturday, he had an answer for everything Stewart could dish out. It was Perez’s third tournament title in his last four tournaments.

In the open mixed doubles final, Sasha Graznov and Natalia Lozano defeated Christopher Ho and Sarah Yang, 6-4, 6-0.
