Bishop Diego’s boys volleyball team was swept in its first Tri -Valley League match, 25-13, 25-15, 25-16, at Oak Park on Thursday.
Johnny Brand led the way for the Cardinals with 10 kills, while Brandon Gonzalez also had a good performance with four kills and five digs, said coach Jason Donnelly.
Bishop Diego falls to 7-4 overall.
The Cardinals return to action Tuesday at home against Nordhoff.
