Dos Pueblos’ shooting was in a deep freeze Tuesday night.
The Chargers shot 16 percent and were blown out by Ventura 45-27 in a Channel League girls basketball game.
“Their defense didn’t allow us to get into a rhythm and we just had an off night,” DP coach Jelani Hicks said.
Only four players scored for the Chargers, who were outscored 28-9 in the first half.
DP (13-8, 1-4) plays host to Santa Barbara on Thursday night.
