Charlotte Hendrix and Kelsey O’Brien each scored three goals, and Santa Barbara played a solid game in beating Long Beach Wilson 11-6 in girls water polo.
“We’re excited,” Santa Barbara coach Mark Walsh said. “They have players going to division 1 programs, USC, UCLA and Cal. We were able to play to contain them and played a good game.”
Makenzy Fowler had five assists and four steals and goalie Maddie Trabucco made nine saves.
The Dons (5-0) are back in action Saturday against Los Alamitos.
