Missouri Valley in McCracken’s future

Marshall, Mo. — Dos Pueblos High School senior William McCracken has signed a letter of intent to play volleyball for the Missouri Valley College Vikings next season.

In high school, William was a three-year varsity starter and two-year captain for the Chargers. He received all-league honors and was named Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table 2010 High School Player of the Year. In addition to volleyball, William was involved in Leadership, Endowment for Youth, Spectrum Volleyball Club, and served as class treasurer.

“Will is one of those intelligent players who will excel in both the classroom and on the court and we will look for him to really challenge for playing time as a freshman,” said MVC head coach Derick White. “He is another quality young man to join our program and we are happy to welcome him to the Viking family.”

William is the son of Vickie McCracken and William Evans. He plans to major in biology at Missouri Valley College.
