Grunion eaten up by Los Angeles

The Santa Barbara Grunion may not be a playoff team this season, but that didn’t stop the local rugby club from attracting a host of fans to its second-to-last home game at Elings Park on Saturday.

The more experienced and superior-skilled L.A. Rugby Club ended up routing Santa Barbara 50-13, although much of the entertained crowd was none-the-wiser as there was no scoreboard.
