UCSB’s men’s basketball team welcomes UC Davis to the Thunderdome for tonight for the Gauchos Big West Conference home opener.
Tip off is set for 8 p.m. to accomodate a national television audience that can tune in through ESPNU. The game can be found locally to Cox Cable customers with an extended sports package on channel 719, a new addition to the HD lineup.

The Gauchos (6-6, 1-1) rebounded from a conference-opening loss at Irvine to even its record with a 57-53 win at UC Riverside.
Davis (6-8, 2-0) is the only Big West team with a 2-0 record after posting two wins at home over Fullerton and Northridge to start conference. The Aggies have won three games in a row overall.
