Dani Rottman played on both the left and right sides and ended up with 20 kills and 12 digs for Santa Barbara, which pulled out a 20-25, 26-24, 25-22, 17-25, 15-12 win over Buchanan in the 11th-place game.
Earlier in the day, San Marcos almost pulled out a set against Liberty but was swept 25-16, 25-18, 26-24 to finish 16th.

Dos Pueblos will play Archbishop Mitty at Santa Barbara High at 6:15 p.m. Saturday in the Tournament of Champions title game.
The Chargers defeated Newport Harbor in the semifinals at Sovine Gym, 25-13, 26-24, 23-14. DP trailed the second set 18-24 but stormed back by scoring eight straight points.
Santa Barbara High fell to Long Beach Wilson for the fourth year in a row in the morning match, 22-25, 25-17, 25-16, 25-22. The Dons play Buchanan at 4 p.m. for 11th place.
San Marcos was swept by Bishop Montgomery 25-13, 25-14, 25-13 at DP in the morning and was set to play Liberty for 15th place at 1 p.m.
