Senior setter Linzy Prudden led the way for the Cate girls volleyball team on Wednesday as the Rams opened their season by sweeping Newbury Park Adventist, 25-9, 25-12, 25-16.
“Everyone played pretty well and it was a good way to start the season,” said coach Dan Terry.
