Nicole Bullemer shot a 40 to earn medalist honors as the Dos Pueblos girls golf team improved to 3-0 Tuesday with a 215-258 win over Rio Mesa at par-35 Spanish Hills Country Club.
“It was a beautiful course. None of our girls had ever played it before, which made it tough to shoot a low score,” said coach Rob Schiff.
The Chargers were consistent, however, as all six scores were between 40 and 47. Vanesa Villa shot a 41, while Michelle Blenkner led the Spartans with a 46.
DP hosts Santa Ynez at Glen Annie Golf Course on Wednesday.
